Hello. A Comcast technician came to replace a cable for us over a week ago. The cable runs from our house, though our yard and into our neighbor’s yard. The technician seemed to lack confidence that the cable would get buried, and preemptively gave us his supervisor’s number just in case. My husband has left a couple messages for the supervisor, but still no one has come to bury the cable, and no one has communicated with us. Please help.
