I have been late 2 times because I do not get notified of the paperless bill for September and October. Where do I look to set up warnings of the bill?

You can visit https://comca.st/3kQJX5S, go to "Account" and "settings" and verify that all your contact information is correct, especially your primary email. You can also manage these settings from the My Account app.

All that was already correct. I am receiving the statement at my "preferred" email account which is optonline.net. Should I change that to my comccast account - would that be safer?
Hey, @asbaker47. I'm glad to hear the settings were correct. Were you able to find the bills in your preferred email? Did they happen to go to a spam folder by chance? If you still didn't see them then you can certainly change the email address to see if they show up in your Comcast email. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
