I started building a new home in January at which time I called Comcast to see about a drop line and service to my new home. I was told by an agent that I had to call three days prior to my move in day. I laughed and said really three days to bury a line 400 feet from the pole to the house. So in february I called and was told service is already hooked up at the address and again I laughed. I called in March and was able to actually get a ticket number for a drop bury called back to confirm March 10th and they canceled the ticket because they said service is already hooked up. Called back as soon as construction picked back up which was May 3rd, I have every phone record with times added up of trying to get this line installed even trips to my local store. I have spent 13.27 hours of my life trying to get this fixed. While we were visiting our new home on 08/04/2020 a third party showed up to do a survey. said it would be about 30 days to install. waited for a comcast service person to call. Keisha left a message stating it was 6 grand and our portion was 1746.52 and it will take 45 days or longer to proceed and needed payment. so I call upset to say the least and still waiting to hear back from her. I called the customer service number for a
