moving

I'm moving . The new home is not available so I will be in temporary housing. In the temporary housing I will not need Internet but would like to maintain my Xfinity DVR service so that I can record and access shows on my computer and phone. Is this possible?

 

Also, there is nothing on the website that talks about locations where Comcast service is available or going to be available. How helpful is that?

 

And, finally, sitting on hold for hours or waiting for a call back that never comes is horrible customer service.
