lack of customer service
I have been trying to contact customer service because since sunday I am listed as being in a service outage. There is not outage! I get constantly cut off on the phone because of this. I finally got an agent on the line by lieing about what I am calling about. My situration is not resolved. I am still listed as being in a service outage. How can I resolve this? this service is horrible.

A 'service outage' doesn't necessarily mean 'total outage'. There may be a router/repeater or other piece of network equipment that has failed affecting service in your area, but not a complete outage of service. Until that 'service outage' is resolved, they probably won't/can't look for other causes of your issue.

How do I get them to fix whatever the problem is. Its been at least 6 days

Not sure how to force them to fix something. What exactly is your problem/symptom? Do you have neighbors with Comcast/Xfinity and are you able to find out if they are having similar issues?
