internet service not working since 14 hours

Automated systems do not seem to allow me to talk to a real person / agent. This is extremely bad customer support. System keeps hanging up saying we will text you later.

 

Totally frustrated with the poor customer support. Thinking of canceling xfinity.

I have a same problem. No internet for last 3 days and no human response from Xfinity. There's no clear answer to get even estimate from Xfinity . Very poor service
