My bill shows a steep increase that I cannot afford. Rather than just cancelling my account, I'd like to speak with a human being about options for reducing my service/bill.
I hate the fact that Xfinity's billing goes through the roof after your period of time program! They don't appreciate their current client base. And the only breaks you can get is to change service providers. This really stinks. I'm in the same boat, I cannot afford my bill and it is over 200.00 per month now. The extra charges, fees, taxes are all horrid. Why can't Xfinity do what TMobile does, straight billing everything included.
