Hi I have been a customer since the 90's. I bought pods in Sept and had one that didn't work, after 10 calls and trying to return on the Xfinity site that didn't work, I was told go to the store and then at the store they said they didn't handle pods. Finally after 5 more calls a rep said I can go to UPS and send back. I sent back and you have received on 9/29 i provided the tracker to phone rep and you guys gave me a ticket. The product was on my bill again and when I called today to find our when I would get a credit and no one can tell me when I will get credit to my account. Usually I am VERY happy with Comcast/Xfinity now I am so unhappy on all the calls I had to make running to stores I was told to go to that don't handle pods and NO follow up that I'm ready to go to another provider.
