help with email and security so far terrible customer service

Hi,

I need to talk to someone and not get the complete run around. I have spent 2 days on the phone like a cat chasing its tail from one department to the other and no one has an answer nor will help...

very frustrating.

Let me ad to this without giving to much personal info publically.  I ordered new service but have had a part of it stolen and no one can track it.

Thank you for the response. I finally contacted someone who said they would look into it. They said I would be contacted and gave me a case number, but still haven't heard anything
