I have been desperately trying to get a hold of anyone to discuss burrying our cable. The power company is coming to tunnel the line under our driveway and we need to have the comcast line done at the same time. Every day I call and get the same answer that I should receive an email or a call in the next 24 hours. Surprise, haven't gotten a call or email. Is there a number anyone has to call that a representative would have any knowledge at all regarding this issue. Seems odd you have to come to a message board to air your laundry to get an answer from this company.
