getting live representative SOLVED

after the hellish frustration of getting nowhere on chat and nowhere calling the telephone number for customer service I decided to do what xfinity does best. I lied. Call the Xfinity main number and when asked to give them your issue to "better serve you" lie and say technical issues. If your looking for mobile tell them now as well. otherwise I'll you will be taken through a reboot. its aggravating i know because chances are you have trued this alresdy but if u can sit through one more u will eventually get someone. Say you want to create a ticket and then give them the details when asked. Good luck naviagting this company. It has horrible customer service on a good day nevermind what it has become during this pandemic
