what happened to the call back feature ? this was one of the best things that was ever implemented someone who actually could answer a question would call you back without having to deal with the horrible automated phone system. now there is no way to actually talk to a human being unless you go to one of the stores and that was useless on my last two tries. even the online chat feature has been taken down. there is no customer service any more only want to up sell more features . never mind if you have a billing question.
