Our TV service has failed again for the fourth time in two years . A technician has been out three times. They fixed it and a few months later it feels again. I called customer service, waited through the long phone tree and they said they will call back. When the call back came, it said to hold while they connected me and then the call disconnected . I called back waited and the same thing happened. An hour wasted. I used the online chat to ask that a supervisor call me and got repeated happy talk but no help. Another half hour wasted. Unbelievably poor customer service .
