can't change channels
Since yesterday p.m., 7/20, TV has been stuck on ABC/ESPN; can't access any others. Message that there is trouble connected to the Internet. I have an app't scheduled for tomorrow in house; I talked with a customer support person yesterday and he tried to help but failed; I'm hoping I don't have to pay for this service call. Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Did the CS person have you reset/powercycle your TV Box and/or modem? Are you using the Xfinity remote or your TV's remote?
