I'm a long term customer and just enrolled in autopay and ecobilling for about 3 months but still don't see the $10 discount on my bill. The $10 discount supposed to show up after 45 days but it has been three months since the day i enrolled. Does this discount apply for both new customers and long term customers?
just talked to customer service, they said that since my account was switch back to regular rate, i dont get the discount so my assumption is that you need to apply for that from the get go. My advice, have a chat with them (i got it now)
