I had never thought the company this big can have such unprofessional way to handle customers.
I have been lied about the service, my payment has been deducted and now they are forcing me to get my account disconnected.
They are not willing to check their records/phone conversation wherein their employees have promised and lied. The staff at Danvers store have been so rude , that it's impossible to even stand in front of that negative behavior.
DO NOT RELY ON WORDS GIVEN BY CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
