For the last 2 days internet has been down and unfortunately the nearest wifi hostspot does not enough signal to connect. How do i go about getting this resolved.
It has been 3 days of internet outage showing up with my account. The internet shows connected and gets an IP address via DHCP, but the download speed is .1 Mbps and upload is .08 Mbps.... Any ideas of what the issue could be?
I have critical appointments/schedules coming up next week, would a move to another internet provider be faster than waiting on Comacast to fix the issue? Any suggestions.
