I am trying to change my service to an offer found on Xfinity Deals page for current customers. It got me logged in but I try to add it to the cart nothing happens. It took me endless days past months trying to get just the offer page to open up. I want to end all TV and only take the "up to 200 mbps download speed Performance Pro Internet $39.99 12 months.

I love that Xfinity is always updating promotions and letting customers take advantage. By chance, are you able to see if this package in question is for new customers only?
I am still have issues access the page again. I was logged in it had in the upper right the cost of my current plan . I have a screen shot I wss able to take. I can email it I am not seeing how to add it to a post.
