Xfinity Construction Crew is an absolute joke! This is no way to treat your customers Xfinity!!!!
I don't even know where to begin in my nightmare with the Xfinity service. We built a new home surrounded by other homes that have Comcast service, but yet we are having a heck of a time getting Comcast to run a simple cable through our already constructed conduit and communication panel that our GC put in place.
We had a technician come out on Nov. 7, 2020 (weeks after we made the apt.) just to tell us a construction crew is needed to run a thicker cable since our house sits back from the street approx. 350'. Now this restarted our “14 day clock” they love to keep holding onto. Why they couldn’t figure this out weeks ago before they sent the wrong tech is beyond me. After multiple calls into Comcast and twenty five calls in all the reps are telling me there is no way for them to communicate with their own third party construction crew is outrageous!!!! I’ve been so desperate I’ve spoken to many supervisors who claim they will help and they’ve escalated only to be met with silence. Our lives depend on internet for our lively hood and our children's education.
I am beyond baffled on how inept Xfinity is and need help. Comcast must step up and take accountability for their company and their construction activities!!! They can blame COVID all they want, but we all know the truth they are simply too big to function efficiently!
