Like many other Comcast customers, I got a "Free Pods" email, as Comcast finished their evaluation. I followed the link to complete the process. Progress stopped when I arrived at the "not eligible: Here is the link.
Also, I tried calling Comcast. Rather than getting to an agent, I was directed to the reset menu. The last thing I want to do is to wait 10 minutes for a reset that I don't need.
After scrolling through this site, this problem has existed since the middle of last year. I am beginning to think it is a joke or scam. You would think that an internet service provider could figure out how to set up a fulfillment page that they led you to.
