Xfi Gateway Not Shipped Yet

I upgraded my plan on the 16th of January, but the Xfi Gateway has not shipped yet. I understand that things may take a bit longer to process and send out. However, if my bill is going to change and I am going to be paying for the upgrade, I would like the equpment needed to fully access the upgrade.

I am sorry to hear that the modem has not shipped out and I would love to check on the status of the order.
