Here is a great link that will take you to the try quick pay option to pay any balance option without signing in to your account that is no longer active. without signing in, it will ask you to confirm your account number and will allow you to make that payment. Please let us know if this helps.
I followed the link posted above. The due balance is 00.00 because I paid it in full. However, it tells me my XFinity service is disconnected and I am unable to change my plan.
