XFi and pods
I just received my new xFi gateway and the only reason I got it is because I need to get the free pods. My kids share a room and they do not get wifi in there. I need this resolved ASAP as virtual school will be starting up and they need a designated space to do their online work. I need to find out if the automatic evaluation was done and how I go about getting the pods. I tried using the chat feature and that was a total waste of time. I then called and was put on hold as the person who answered knew absolutely nothing about the pods and told me I have to go into a physical store! So a technician can’t come to my house but I have to go to the store??? Mind you the one closest to me is closed, the closest one is about 30 mins away. And if most stores are closed I can just imagine how packed that one store will be! My rant is over but I am seriously considering switching providers if nobody can help
