Xfinity is in my area but not at my house, in fact I believe they are across my street. Is there anyway I can submit a ticket to get our house set up? Or is there anyway to pay comcast to come run a line to our house?

It says we can have xifinity, but we've had two techs come out to set us up. Each time they say we aren't actually serviceable because the lines aren't run to our home. And that we have to open a ticket, but so far most of the time when we call to check on these tickets people don't know what were talking about!
