Worst customer service ever

I've contacted customer service close to 20 times and each time they lie to me to get me off the phone. My internet goes out 5-6 times a day and for a month I've been asking for help through the terrible customer service. I spent all morning on the phone trying to fix my issue and then when I asked for a technician to come out they said please hold and then left me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up. So i had to call AGAIN and wait for another 40 minutes until another service rep called me and then did said they were checking on a technician and they would call me back in 15 minutes. Another lie. I dont know what to do at this point because my internet barely works and the customer service reps keep lying. I have heard "I have fixed the problem sir, you will never have to call us again!" So many times I've lost count.
