Winter storm credit

We were without cable, internet and security services for monday 2/15/2021 and tuesday 2/16/2021 and wednesday 2/17/20201. I would like a credit for the 3-day outage please and thank you. I've tried to get credit and so far no one seems to be able to help!!!
