How can I request credit back for the day I lost power due to the snow storm that hit our area?

Hello, @pa_srun, I hope everything is all right where you are, and everybody is safe. We can credit your account. Just send us a private message with your name, service address, and the number of days your services were off. If you have never sent us a PM this link can come in handy. The "Private Messenger" section at the bottom is a good reference.
