Why do you think it is appropriate to text me at 5am???
I had to order a new plan from a choice of 1. You sent a new TV box, which we installed (you should know that it's been activated) and returned the old one (you should know that too. You have sent me repeated emails with videos on how to install thr TV box (conenct the same wires as before) and today sent me a text mesage at FIVE AM. This is not okay. If my house is on fire, you can contact me at 5 am. If you just want to follow up on an order that I already completed and you shoudl know about, NOT AT 5 AM. Given how extremely difficult it is to reach anyone in this company, I would appreciate if you would not contact me in this invasive and intrusvie manner

That shouldn't be happening, sorry that it did. There are SMS quiet hours across all time zones, and messages should only trigger if we are prompted within quiet hours by a user interaction and we're responding. We'll pass it to the product team that manages the experiences to check, thanks!
