Hello I have been buying a monthly hotspot pass since the start of the quariantine in the usa so i could have access to the internet. But when i tried to repurchase a new pass on 10/4/2020 I keep running into issues firstly the website that im brought to when I connect to the wifi wont let me sign in and purchase a pass at the same time. So then i made an alternate account with a different email address when i was prompted but when i entered my card information it kept running into and error and said my money was refunded now i have to wait until it gets put back into my account to try again. Is the website just not working anymore or is there some kind of solution to this I would like to continue to purchass the hotspot pass until my household can be able to get regular internet but i keep running into issues this time.
also it seems that when im signed into the xifinity site i cant even get access to the passes i just keep geting the were having trouble proccessing your request error for both the hotspot passes and even just looking at xfinitys rates for internet.

I apologize to hear of the issues you are running into when trying to make a purchase for the Wifi on Demand. Have you tried to clear out your cache and cookies and then tried to revisit the site? Also, are you trying to get to the page from a bookmark? It's possible the bookmark might no longer be valid.
