Why can’t I reach an agent?

I made a payment to restore my services. The services came back on and the day after they were suspended again. I can’t reach an agent to find out why this is happening. Does anyone have a way to reach a LIVE agent? I’m so frustrated! 😡

Hello, @cugirl79, I am very sorry for the poor experience keeping services active. I can only imagine how frustrating this must have been. Let me take a close look at your account and bill so we can take the right actions to get your account squared away. When you can send us a private message with your name and street address. I agree with you totally. Even as a $200 per month customer I too am unable to reach an agent other than a call center (after a half hour of trying). When the call center person can't help or understand they transfer me to a "Demand Support" person but the phone just keeps ringing busy with no way to get back to the call center without starting the entire process over again. Terribly poor customer service!
