Why can’t I reach an agent?

I made a payment to restore my services. The services came back on and the day after they were suspended again. I can’t reach an agent to find out why this is happening. Does anyone have a way to reach a LIVE agent? I’m so frustrated! 😡

Hello, @cugirl79, I am very sorry for the poor experience keeping services active. I can only imagine how frustrating this must have been. Let me take a close look at your account and bill so we can take the right actions to get your account squared away. When you can send us a private message with your name and street address. If you have never sent us a PM this link can come in handy. The "Private Messenger" section at the bottom is a good reference.
