Who to contact re: running a line to my home
I tried to get Xfinity a couple of years ago and was told that my house was too far from the road. I had some customer service issues as well and just gave up. I'd like to revisit that and find out if a) the line can be run from the road and b) if there is a charge for it, what that charge would be. Since this isn't a normal installation I can set up an appointment for, can someone direct me to the department I'd need to speak with or have them contact me?
Thanks!
