When will my line be installed??

The tech requested a new line be buried on the 20th, they have already came and marked the spots for it. I've been unable to get ahold of anyone on when i will be able to use my internet. I have 2 children in school and need the internet for them to do there schoolwork. Please help

Hi there, Derdmann679. It's frustrating to hear that your service isn't working. Do you have a temporary orange line laying on the ground then? If so, your service should currently be working. I'd like to take a look at your account, please send me a PM with your first and last name.
