Current customer of Xfinity. I upgraded my service to 600mb internet and to include Showtime - for 2 year contract on 5 Nov. Currently, internet still running at 160mb and no Showtime. When does the upgraded service start? I don't know if I'm waiting on new equipment from Xfinity?
