Waiting 6 weeks for internet service

I’ve been waiting since December 21st for internet service to my home. This is a new residential development. Comcast blames the developer and the developer blames Comcast. Comcast did not run a line to this new development and I’ve been told every week when I call Comcast, that they will have the line run this week. I’ve been told this for six weeks. I called today. Received the same answer that the line will be tied in but there’s a developer issue. I’m not sure who is to blame but I would like a firm date to have internet so I can work from home. I haven’t been able to be in my new for six weeks due to no internet through Comcast and being told everything will be done this week. How do I find out who is in charge of the tie ins and when will I have internet?
