Useless customer service (need tech)

Got a new house and I need a tech to move current cable locations and run 1 to the room I added to the house and the internet located and ran to said room. Over the past week I have spent 6+ hours on the phone with them trying to get a tech sent to the house. Tired of arguing with useless people so trying on here. Why is it such a task to have someone come out and run cable the cable and internet to where it needs to be in the house. My room doesn't have cable at all the living room cable placement is unusable for us. And I have no clue where the the internet cable even is. I've looked everywhere. I'm to the point where if someone isn't going to come out and do their job. I'll leave everything in the front yard and you can come get it and cancel my service. I Haven't even unboxed anything in the 2 weeks I've had the service.

With the pandemic, jobs techs can do are limited. This sounds like a job for an electrician instead if you don’t want to wait

Must be nice to get paid and take people money without doing any work. Pandemic is a real great excuse to not be able to work in a EMPTY house. So every other company can come out an do jobs. Like the renovations companies have been doing for me. Or said electrician you just mentioned. But yet y'all cant? What a sham of a company.
