After 2+ years of ongoing plumbing problems (sewage backed up), approximately 3 weeks ago, our plumber found Comcast cable bored through sewer line. This line needs to be moved, and the damage to the sewer line repaired ASAP.
Yard is dug up, sewage backing up. Two work orders produced no results, and no follow up. And now, our Damage Claim (Claim No. 052286830) has had no action taken (no call or email from Comcast). Can anyone help us get through to the right person/department at Comcast who can get this taken care of? Dad is being treated for stage iv lung cancer, and this issue is putting him at great risk physically, emotionally and financially. Please help!
