Upgraded modem not delivered

I requested an upgrade to my modem and it shows delivered at my front door. Nope. Not at my front door or anywhere else on my property! Tried getting a replacement through chat snd they wanted to charge me a one time fee of almost $30 when the initial upgrade cost zero! I said no way, but how do I report that I never received the upgrade modem?!

Good afternoon, @SpecK1! I am sorry to hear the modem shows as delivered and it was not. This is certainly not the experience we want for you. I'd love to help look further into this, and also look at getting you a new modem at no cost. Can you PM your name and address please?
