I am having the same issue as others have reported. I have my own moden, went over data plan last month, want to upgrade to unlimited plan but get the following when I attempt to do so:
The product you’re interested in isn’t available for purchase at this time.
Get updates about Xfinity Home, Xfinity Cameras, and 24/7 Video Recording
Is my only option to cansel my service?
