Unwanted Services/Charges

I've tried for months to get our plan changed because we don't watch the actual cable on TV so paying for the sports packages and fees etc. while being on unemployment due to the pandemic seems ridiculous. It's impossible apparently, and being a 12 year loyal comcast/xfinity customer I just want to know if I can get some promotions or something. Thanks.... I'll be waiting

Agreed. I'm also trying to switch to an internet-only plan just because it's considerably cheaper and catered more to my needs, but it's so difficult to get ahold of an actual person to make this change because the online services aren't built to handle this situation.

Please click on my handle (ComcastRob) and send a private message with your name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any pertinent details-- like the ticket number(s)-- so we can help.

I cannot seem to get anywhere. I tried sending emails thru Xfinity and it says cant go thru. No numbers to call. Or i have to try and make an appointment to get into my local location. This is ridiculous. Terrible customer service and i want to remove things so you all can stop price gouging me.

I have NO INTERST in sports either BUT these crooks tack it on your bill! How they get away with this is beyond me!
