Unlimited Data using my own modem

Morning, I just received a message from Xfinity stating that I went over the 1.2 TB of data. How do I switch to unlimited data using my personal cable modem (Arris)? Thank you in advance!

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
