Unlimited Data "Temporarily Unavailable"

I need assistance with upgrading to unlimited data as every time I try to do it I am met with an error saying it is unavailable.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
 
In the meantime, please do not send a PM to an Official Employee unless requested because it is against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.

I am sorry to hear about the error you're running into when trying to add Unlimited Data to your account. We can definitely further look into this on our end and we would be more than happy to assist you with getting it added to your account as well.
