I remember a few years back there was the option to enroll in the unlimited data plan. We just had to log into your xfinity account and add that option on to our plan. There was no hassle doing that then but now that option is removed so it is harder to find a way to get enrolled in the plan.
If there is someone who is able to help out and get me enrolled into that plan it would be helpful.
I have the same question. Would like to know how much it is to add Unlimited Data option. (I also thought I *was* already enrolled in this supposed unlimited data option?...I digress.). All I am able to find on the website is in Data Usage by Month > info/question bar at the bottom is an alert that says "this is last courtesy month for exceed 1.2GB... highlight on the info/question icon reads ... "Going foward, if you exceed your data usage plan you will be charged $10 for each addtional 50GB, but charges will not exceed $100 each month, no matter how much you use. Or you can purchase our Unlimited Data option for an addtional monthly fee". .... That's all I can find - no info on Pricing or how to actually add to my account.
Its been a few days and I don't know how everyone's questions are being answered in a timely manner. I don't know why xfinity would do something like this. They allow the customer to change their plans online from their account but to add the unlimited data plan you have no option to do it yourself except through customer service. From what I know the unlimited plan normally is an additional $50 but xfinity stated that the price has been reduced to $30 but I do not know how long it will be until it goes back to $50.
I just need someone to help add the unlimited data to my plan but I don't know how long it will take for someone to help do it for me.
You can find more information on pricing here.
The link that xfinity provides to add the unlimited data plan is broken because there are many customers that have the same issue as we all are.
My problem is just wanting to add the unlimited data plan.
I saw on one forum that we must post our question on the forum then a comcast employee will come by and help with the questions but I doubt it will happen any time soon. It would be easier to be able to just shoot them a message about our problem but I saw someone saying it is against the rules of the forum to message them unless they request it from you.
