Underground Cable Replacement a Mess
Since moving a joining Xfinity, I have had consistently poor signal and internet dropping out. A technician came and boosted the signal but also scheduled replacement of the underground cable.
The technicians came and did the mark up with orange paint and wire flags. They completed their work and then did not tidy up either the flags or the paint. They also left without checking whether the internet worked.
Since replacing the cable we have had no internet. The next appointment was 2 days away, leaving us with no internet and who knows if the appointment will even fix things.
This is apalling service and I am now seriously considering changing ISPs. I am paying top dollar for so-called lightning fast internet and have been left with nothing.
