I received and email that my network evaluation was complete and that I would benefit from an Xfi pod. When I use the link in the email to attempt to redeem my free Xfi pod, I am met with a message saying;
The product you’re interested in isn’t available for purchase at this time.
The funny thing is, I can purchase the Xfi pod for $119.00 without issue. I believe there is an issue on the XFinity side. Please assist.
