Unable to add Unlimited data to my internet plan
I have attempted to add the unlimited data to my account many times over the past few weeks and I always get the unavailable response. I know it is available with my own (not comcast) equipment but the automated system will not allow me to add it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, @Vonson, this has been harder than it should be for you. I sincerely apologize. We can add unlimited data with an owned modem.
