Unable to access account details

I am able to login, and when I try to view my account it says “sorry this isn’t working right now.” It has said this for months.

Hi @Jmichel12, we are actively investigating a small batch of accounts that have this issue, and we've been able to fix yours. Do you have any insight on what may have precipitated the issue signing in (e.g. did you make a change to your service, or get help doing so, or move, etc)
