Unable to Sign Up for Unlimited Data for Gigabit Internet Plan

I would like to sign up for unlimited data for my gigabit internet plan and keep using my own modem and router.

When I try to sign up through this link http://xfinity.com/buy/plan/checkout/XFINUDAT I am taken to a page that says, "Temporarily unavailable. The product you’re interested in isn’t available for purchase at this time."

How do I upgrade to unlimited data and keep my own modem and router?

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
