Turned off unwanted automatic billing....

I turned off the automatic billing - which I never signed up for/agreed to/turned on - and now I need to know: will an automatic payment go through even if I turned that feature off a couple of business days before the due date? I couldn't get anyone on the phone, and the chat customer service was nonexistent.

"ComcastLysaP" I want to receive my monthly bill in the mail.  I do not want automatic payments.

Sign Up for Paperless Billing through My Account

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Toggle Paperless Billing to OFF.

  3. Click Save. A confirmation message will appear.

Note: To remove Paperless Billing, your Xfinity ID must have bill pay permissions.

 

Sign Up for Paperless Billing via Xfinity My Account App

  1. Log in to the app and tap Manage billing preferences (on the My Account Overview screen).
    Overview page with Manage billing preferences as the third option.

  2. Tap Bill delivery options.
    Billing preferences with Bill deliver options as second on the list.

  3. Choose Paper Bill. A pop-up window shows to confirm your decision to switch to Paper Billing.
    A list of bill delivery options with EcoBill selected.
