I've been going over my 1.2 TB usage plan and getting emails from Comcast about it and suggesting I sign up for their $30 unlimited option. However, whenever I try it says the plan is temporarily unavailable.
Can someone assist me in getting this done?

Due to an unseen glitch in the system the OE's are backed up responding to escalations. All I can say is be patient.
And, fwiw, unlimited data is measured from the 1st of the month to the last of the month.
