Hi @Mtvnuccio
Sometimes when communities are planned and built there's swiss cheese in terms of the coverage, and this applies to any internet service provider.
Most of our service is hybrid fiber coax (HFC) meaning there's a fiber backbone and it's converted into copper coax cables, and there's a distance limit of 300 feet due to the physics of the coax cable is able to carry before signal degredation, and so there may be construction and plant extensions needed.
Private message me (click on my name) and if you have a ticket number, provide it and we'll take a look at your setup. There may be cost contributions if it is a construction job, and we can do estimated costs as well via our specialists.
